Its finally summer in Portland!
Time to get outside and enjoy the weather while it lasts!

Since I’m still recovering from an injured back and elbow, the activities that I can do outside are a bit limited… thus I will be doing a lot of hiking. http://www.portlandhikers.org/ is a great resource to find parks and trails all over the Portland Metropolitan area. I’ve found it very helpful. Yesterday I discovered Tryon State Park in Lake Oswego with my Aunt and it was beautiful! It’s located less then 10 minutes from downtown and has kept up trails of all terrain. Below is a picture from my hike and I can’t wait to go back!

Given the weather today,… you might want to retract that first statement (title). It’s crazy how beautiful the northwest can be in the summertime when it’s not Pouring down rain! I’ll have to check this trail out once it dries
Thanks
